Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor. She was born on August 4th of 1981. Her appearances in films Cowboys & Aliens and The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and in the tv show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne, and Suits are her best-known works. The actress is currently playing Amantha in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel show that is a drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress who works in television as well as in movies. She became famous for her role in Rectify (a comedy) as well as Timeless (a science fiction). A native of Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut in the part in the soap opera All My Children. It was for her outstanding performance that she was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award. She played mostly guest roles for several years in TV programs. In the series Hawthorne the actress was widely acknowledged for her character of the role of Dr. Erin Jameson. Gradually, with her dazzling looks and amazing acting abilities, she was able to grow a huge fan following. At the age twenty she made her acting debut in the movie Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War as well as Chasing Mavericks are other films where she was featured. The role she played on Beautiful Now earned her a nomination at the Madrid International Film Festival Award. Recently, Spencer portrayed Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. It has been well-received by critics and Spencer's role has earned her a nomination in the Teen Choice Award.
